All participants said that they felt relaxed and happy after spending time at the health retreat. Soul Body Healing Center conducted its next event which was a retreat for helping the participants disconnect from the fast paced life for a couple of days. The event was based on the concept that, ‘when one stops for a while and looks at what is going on in his life that is called meditation’. The event covered the basics of holistic living technology that there is a science involved in growing the food, cooking, and eating. The event explored the basics used by our ancestors. Having many unresolved issues which have stemmed from an unpleasant childhood, I have struggled to manage my anger and even have a sleeping disorder that makes me irritable and moody at times. Before Alkaji I was unable to talk about my problems but her simple and caring nature builds trust and it is very easy to talk to her. Her online retreat course has definitely helped me learn a few things that have changed my perception and helped me move on. Though the journey is far from complete she has helped me take the right path. Forever grateful to Dr. Alka Chopra Madan and soul body healing center.

Was going through a rough phase when the online retreat started. Felt good at the end of the first session and experienced peace of mind and happiness as the days progressed. Each session was better than the other. Alka explained so many simple concepts from day-to-day lives which we have forgotten over the years.
