Life Force : Lost and Found

Life Force is a continuum. Energy can neither be created nor destroyed, it simply changes form. The universe is full of energy, both in the physical and metaphysical worlds. The life force attempts to understand the physical universe and, in this attempt, gets hurt, betrayed and lost. The losses incurred encourage Life Force to strive to win the physical universe. The physical universe is an illusion and made-up world. The moment this understanding dawn upon the life force its quest to win the physical universe is over. Life Force is light and volatile; the physical universe is heavy and solid. In this interaction Life force gets beaten up, betrayed, injured, hurt. Lifeforce changes from being light and volatile to solid and heavy. More pain gets stored less life force remains in any individual. The effort is to reduce or eliminate the pain to regain the Life Force.

Keeping it simple

Life is a wonderful gift which we have complicated and made difficult. But it need not be so. The three components of life- the soul, the body, and the mind can work in harmony and bring us the much-needed balance we need. There is no need to spend large amounts of money on various schemes that promise you a healthier life. Those very difficult diet plans that eventually fail, one can bring about positive changes to their lifestyle by simply making small changes. Good habits take about 21 days to develop, after that they become your lifestyle choice.

Start Small. Most people want to create big change as quickly as possible, which makes it difficult to follow through. The most important part of building a new habit is staying consistent. It doesn’t matter how well you perform on any individual day. Continuous effort is what makes the real difference. It doesn’t matter if you start small because there will be plenty of time to pick up the intensity later. You don’t need to join a Cross Fit gym, write a book, or change your entire diet at the very beginning.

Keeping it simple is not a guide but a friendly reminder that you have the potential to heal yourself. This book is filled with little notes on various aspects of life to bring a smile on your face and positivity in your life.
